La famille Arnault fusionne ses holdings pour verrouiller son contrôle sur LVMH
Christian Dior a annoncé, dans un communiqué mercredi, un projet de fusion entre Agache, Financière Agache et elle-même. L'opération porterait la participation totale du groupe familial Arnault à 50,33 % du capital de LVMH.
