Represent has appointed Priya De Souza chief marketing officer, with immediate effect, according to FashionUnited UK. She will report to chief executive Paul Spencer and will oversee marketing, communications and brand strategy for both Represent and 247 by Represent, the company's performance line.
De Souza joins from Casablanca, where she already held the position of marketing director and had built the dedicated team. Previously, she had led global marketing communications at Adidas Originals, steering campaigns for collaborations with Gucci, Balenciaga and Wales Bonner. She also spent nearly a decade at Dazed Media, heading the outlet's partnerships division.
The appointment comes as Represent expands into new markets. The brand, founded in 2011 by brothers George and Mike Heaton, has opened its first stores since 2024 in Los Angeles, Manchester, Londres and, most recently, Cap. Launched in 2020, the 247 line covers running, hybrid training and fashion.
Paul Spencer praised the depth of De Souza's brand experience, spanning culture, sport and luxury. For her part, the new chief marketing officer spoke of a loyal community and genuine credibility in fashion, saying she was looking forward to working with the team on this new chapter.
