Kenvue's net sales reportedly reached $3.8 billion in the third quarter of 2026, up 3.2%, according to figures reported by Cosmetics Business. Over the first nine months of the year, the group is said to have posted $11.7 billion in net sales, compared with $11.34 billion over the same period last year, a rise of 3.6%.

Gross profit is also said to have increased, to $2.3 billion compared with $2.2 billion in 2025, a rise of 4%. Chief executive Kirk Perry said the group was « heureux d'avoir livré son quatrième trimestre consécutif de croissance des ventes nettes et organiques, avec une performance solide dans le self-care et la santé essentielle, ainsi qu'une expansion des marges et une forte génération de trésorerie ».

Mixed performance by segment

Hair care remained a growth driver, with organic growth in the low double digits, led by Rogaine, which recorded its fourth consecutive quarter of market share gains. By contrast, the skin health and beauty segment grew only 0.1%, reflecting a 0.5% organic decline partly offset by a favourable 0.6% currency effect.

Kenvue nonetheless benefited from the expansion of its sun care offering in Amérique du Nord with the launch, last month, of Neutrogena Cloud Tech, its first sun care technology incorporating the UV BEMT (bemotrizinol) filter, recently approved by the FDA.

The transformation under way since 2025

Kirk Perry said the results reflect « une dynamique continue portée par une exécution disciplinée, des initiatives de productivité en cours, et des investissements dans nos marques et notre innovation ». He added that the group was « fortement sur la bonne voie pour mener à bien sa transformation d'entreprise engagée l'an dernier », thanking « l'ensemble de l'organisation pour son engagement à satisfaire les consommateurs et les clients, son exécution disciplinée et le respect des engagements pris ».

This transformation follows the strategic review launched by Kenvue in July 2025, amid declining sales and job cuts. L'initiative aims to optimise the group's operating model, transform its supply chain, reduce complexity and strengthen the company's key capabilities.

Towards integration with Kimberly-Clark

Kenvue's health and beauty brands, including Neutrogena, Aveeno, OGX and Listerine, are set to join Kimberly-Clark's personal care brands as part of the acquisition announced last year for $48.7 billion. Kirk Perry said that as the finalisation of this « combinaison créatrice de valeur » with Kimberly-Clark approaches, « l'équipe est enthousiaste face aux opportunités à venir ».

Because of this ongoing transaction, Kenvue did not provide annual guidance as part of this quarterly release.
