Zimmermann is reported to have opened two new stores in the United States, according to FashionUnited UK. The first, in Nashville, Tennessee, reportedly opened in September with the fall 2026 collection. It is located at 505 Houston Street, in the Wedgewood Village neighbourhood.
The second, in the Chicago area, is said to have opened in October with the cruise 2027 collection, marking the brand's entry into the Midwest. This multi-level store is located at 1515 Sheridan Road, at Plaza del Lago, an open-air lakeside shopping centre in Wilmette, north of Chicago. Both locations were designed with Studio McQualter, Zimmermann's longstanding design partner.
Nicky Zimmermann, chief creative officer and co-founder, reportedly explained: « Nous avons observé au fil des années Nashville devenir l'une des destinations culturelles les plus en vue des États-Unis, et ce projet nous a semblé une étape naturelle pour la marque aux États-Unis. » On Chicago, she reportedly added that the city has a strong creative identity, where remarkable architecture, art and design come together in a way that is particularly meaningful for the brand, and that the store had to be as warm, dynamic and welcoming as its surroundings.
These two openings follow Zimmermann's first store in Porto Rico, which opened at the Mall of San Juan in August.
