PM Studio Group announces the acquisition of TNT Group, a specialist in premium primary and secondary packaging solutions for the beauty and wines & spirits industries. L'opération follows several acquisitions already carried out by the group, including those of By No and Édition Limitée.

Cofondé in 2018 by Patricia Stranik and Sven Döbert, PM Studio Group is based in Paris and has been backed since 2024 by the investment fund Andera Expansion. According to Premium Beauty News, the group has recorded average annual growth of more than 30%, and its headcount now exceeds 90 employees.

TNT Group, founded in 2013 by Toby Cattermole and Thomas Diezinger, is established in Hong Kong, Paris and New York. L'entreprise relies on a fabless model, with no in-house industrial tooling, and on a network of industrial partners across Asie and Europe. It played a pioneering role in the use of recycled zamak.

A combined workforce of close to 150 employees

The combination of the two companies would bring together close to 150 employees worldwide. Toby Cattermole and Thomas Diezinger are reinvesting a significant share of the proceeds from the sale into the new combined entity, alongside key executives of the company. Damon Kennish, who joined TNT Group in 2025 as Chief Business Officer, has been named CEO of TNT Group.

« Avec TNT Group, c'est un coup de cœur. Nous avons la même philosophie, le même ADN, le même amour absolu du produit et cette façon de penser out of the box qui nous pousse à toujours repousser les limites de la création », notes Patricia Stranik, chairwoman and CEO of PM Studio Group.

Certifié B Corp and EcoVadis Platinum rated, PM Studio Group intends to continue its international expansion while preserving the identity and entrepreneurial agility of both companies.
