Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers is said to have raised his stake in Mazarine's capital to 86%, according to the Journal du Luxe. He reportedly activated a buyback clause to take over the stakes held by LBO France, Mirabaud Private Equity and FG Bros, three shareholders of the group.

This buyback was decided in September, before being made official through a statement. Jacques Veyrat, via the Impala fund, would now hold 9% of the capital, while the group's executives and employees would hold 5%.

Founder of Mazarine, a communications and creative group dedicated to luxury, fashion, art and culture, Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers explains his decision through a long-term rationale.

The Mazarine group claims close to 300 million euros in revenue and some 500 employees, with offices in Paris, Londres, New York, Dubaï and Shanghai. It owns La Mode en Images, Arter, Bacchus, Numéro magazine and the Reiffers Initiatives endowment fund.

This capital consolidation comes as the group displays firm international ambitions, notably in the American market where growth is said to have been particularly strong in recent years.
